In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Turkish version and foreign language versions of these Terms of Use or Privacy Policies, the Turkish version shall prevail.
Notifications sent by Ergineer to email addresses or fax numbers provided by users on the site shall be deemed to carry full legal effect equivalent to formal service of notice.
These terms and any disputes arising from site usage shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Users connecting from outside Türkiye acknowledge that Turkish law applies and waive rights arising from other jurisdictions.
The Courts and Execution Offices of Istanbul (Central), Türkiye shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in connection with the Site and these Terms of Use.
